Y-Type Rod Seal (UHP/Water Hydraulic)

The Y-type seal comprises a PTFE/composite Y-shaped ring and an O-ring, designed for unidirectional hydraulic reciprocating sealing. Its patented structure with optimized thickness ensures reliable performance with water and low-viscosity media. The reinforced design provides high/ultra-high pressure resistance. Incompatible with closed grooves. National Patent: XL200420025796.8.

1. Low friction with minimal breakaway torque, smooth operation, equal static and dynamic friction, and no stick-slip; 2. Long service life, suitable for oil-free lubrication applications; 3. Compatible with high pressure, ultra-high pressure, and low-viscosity media such as water.
