Reinforced Toothed Compound Seal for Piston Rods/Shafts (Cement Slurry Application)

(Cement Slurry Application) consists of a specially designed toothed ring made of high-performance engineering plastic and an O-ring. It provides unidirectional sealing in hydraulic reciprocating/rotating systems. Applications include plunger pumps, mud pumps, drilling rigs, and concrete mixers. Key features include long service life, low friction, compact design, and easy maintenance. The optimized lip and thickness ensure effective sealing even with harsh media like cement slurry. For mud applications, grease lubrication between multiple seals is recommended.
