Product Description

Description	consists of a filled PTFE step-shaped sealing ring and an O-ring. It is suitable for one-way pressure sealing in hydraulic reciprocating motion. The O-ring provides radial force and compensates for wear of the sealing ring. Generally needs to be used with guide rings. For rod diameters less than 30mm, a split (open) groove should be used.
Step Seal (Rod)	Features: 1.  Low friction, small starting resistance, smooth movement, equal static and dynamic friction, no stick-slip; 2.  Very high pressure stability under pressure conditions; 3.  Long service life, can be used for oil-free lubrication sealing; 4.  Can be used for sealing low viscosity media like water.
